ENROLL

On the "LOG IN" page, select Getting Started to begin the enrollment. You will need your member number and the last 4 digits of your social security number to enroll into My Connection. It's that easy, you just need your member number and last 4 digits of social security number.

Important Tips about the New My Connection:

  • There is no history available prior to October 3rd, 2011. Please refer to your statement for that information or give us a call.
  • My Connection only displays accounts for which you are the primary owner. If you need access to accounts in which you are a joint owner, please contact us.
  • Bill Pay information was converted, if it was accurate and validated. However, it is recommended you check your bill pay accounts to make sure all of your payees were converted. If any are missing, you can add them again.
  • The withdrawal of funds for your bill pay items will occur at the time your payment is presented to the merchant, not before.
